HIP’s Party Crashers

Description

Your team has never all been in one room; they’re even probably in different time zones. Now they’re crashing the Netherfield ball or the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.

The Party Crashers places your small, geographically dispersed team (up to seven) into the great parties of literature, history, and mythology – unique and creative, but still a portrait your team will be proud to share.

No shoot. No travel. One party.
Each team member sends one snapshot from wherever they are. We place the whole team together in a designed scene from a classic of literature, history, and mythology, dressed for the occasion in the scene’s own costume, lit and composed as one group portrait, as if you had all turned up at the same party at the same time.

How it works
1. Choose your party. Browse the Party Crashers scenes and pick the scene and team size that suit you.
2. Choose what we make. Framed 8×10 prints for each team member ($1,750), or holiday/greeting cards for you to send to your clients ($1,250 plus $3 per card, 50 to 200 cards). Shipping included.
3. Send your snapshots. Each team member provides one snapshot – a headshot is fine – plus their height and which outfit they wear in the scene (and, for framed prints, their shipping address). The costume comes from the scene – everyone is dressed for the party.
4. We create your portrait. Every portrait is reviewed by hand before it is released.
5. Delivery. Your team gets a private Team Gallery page to view, download and share the full-resolution portrait. With framed prints, each team member receives one at their own address. With cards, you add your card message and we print your cards and ship them to you.

Your portrait is yours.
We keep no rights to your team’s portrait. Use it wherever you like – your website, proposals, social media – and we’ll only show it if you give us permission.

Each team member provides
– One snapshot – a headshot is fine (the costume comes from the scene)
– Their height, so the group is scaled correctly
– Which outfit they wear in the scene
– Their shipping address for their framed print (framed-print orders only)
– Their permission to use their photo to create the portrait
