The Party Crashers places your small team of geographically dispersed team members (up to seven) into the great parties of literature, history, and mythology – unique and creative, but still a portrait your team will be proud to share.
No shoot. No travel. One party.
Each team member sends one snapshot from wherever they are. We place the whole team together in a designed scene from a classic of literature, history, or mythology, dressed for the occasion in the scene’s own costume, lit and composed as one group portrait – as if you had all turned up at the same party at the same time.

How it works
- Choose your party. Pick the party and team size that suit your team.
- Choose what we make. Framed 8×10 prints for each team member ($1,750), or holiday/greeting cards for you to send to your clients ($1,250 plus $3 per card, 50 to 200 cards). Shipping included.
- Upload your snapshots. Each team member provides one snapshot, their height, and (for framed prints) their shipping address. The costume comes from the scene – everyone is dressed for the party.
- We create your portrait. Every portrait is reviewed by hand and approved by the team owner/leader before it’s released.
- Delivery. Your team gets a private Team Gallery page to view, download and share the portrait. With framed prints, each team member receives one at their own address. With cards, you add your card message and we print your cards and ship them to you.
In addition, we will work with you to provide up to five (5) revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final image.
What each team member provides
- One snapshot with the appropriate facial expression. A clear headshot is fine – your costume comes from the scene, not from your photo.
- Your height, so the group is scaled correctly.
- Which outfit you wear in the scene (men’s or women’s).
- Your shipping address for your framed print (framed-print orders).
- Your permission to use your photo to create the portrait.

We keep no rights to your team’s portrait. Use it wherever you like – your website, proposals, social media – and we’ll only show it if you give us permission.
