Hawkes’ Impossible Portraits
Partner Kit for Independent Web Designers & VAs

One portrait of a small team (up to seven people), made from one snapshot of each person, wherever they are, placed together in a designed scene no camera could capture. The business gets a private Team Gallery with the full-resolution portrait for its “Meet the Team” page, proposals and social media. The Party Crashers is the playful version: the team at a famous party from literature or legend, in the scene’s own costumes.

How it’s made

Every scene is built on research in cognitive psychology, marketing psychology and aesthetics, and Hawkes’ system tells the AI exactly how to render it, instead of letting it guess from its training. Say it that way: it is AI, directed by a system built for this.

How to talk about it

  • Lead with what the team gets: one portrait of everyone together, in a scene no camera could capture.
  • Name AI openly, the way the “How it’s made” lines do: AI directed by Hawkes’ system. Never “look what AI made”, never a one-click filter or app.
  • Show a portrait together with its original snapshots, the way the partner gallery shows them. Never post a scene on its own.
  • Use only images Hawkes provides: the product pages, the partner gallery and your Affiliate Area. Never make portraits of real people yourself, and never use anyone else’s photos, especially children’s.
  • Never present a sample as a real customer’s portrait unless the partner gallery labels it “Real customer”.
  • Quote only the prices, commissions and products on this page and the Partner page. Don’t promise delivery dates or discounts you weren’t given.
  • Say you are a Hawkes partner every time you recommend it (see “When you recommend it”).

Where you can promote it

  • Your website, your social media, your newsletters and emails to your own list, and your client proposals.
  • Coupon and deal sites.
  • Paid ads, on any platform where Hawkes isn’t running its own ads. Today that means no paid ads on Facebook or Instagram. This can change; we’ll tell you when it does.
  • Want a vanity link (a short, memorable link with your name in it)? Request one from the Coupons tab of your Affiliate Area.
  • Never: spam, misleading claims, or anything the Affiliate Terms of Use rule out.

Who it fits

Any small team or office: real estate offices, practices, studios, contractors, salons, nonprofits – especially teams that are never in one place for a photo.

Where it fits your work

  • Web designers: the “Meet the Team” page.
  • VAs: social posts and year-round client touches – thank-yous, anniversaries, new-client welcomes.

Two ways to order

  • Framed 8×10 for every team member, shipped to each person’s address: $1,750. You earn $437.50.
  • 50 to 200 printed cards sent to the business for its clients, any time of year: $1,400 to $1,850. You earn $350.00 to $462.50.

What you earn

  • 25% of the product price on every order from a business you refer.
  • Lifetime: everyone on that team is attached to you by email. Whatever any of them buys later, you earn 25%, as long as Hawkes is in business. No one else can take a customer once they are yours.
  • Paid after a 14-day holding period, by the payout method you choose. Partners anywhere are welcome.

How it works for the business

  1. The business picks a scene, team size and framed prints or cards, and orders.
  2. Each person uploads one snapshot and gives their own permission. To appear in their own business or business-casual clothes, a person’s snapshot must show them head to toe. (The Party Crashers uses the scene’s costumes, so a headshot works there.)
  3. The owner approves the portrait before anything prints.
  4. Framed prints ship to every member, or the cards ship to the business; the Team Gallery holds the full-resolution portrait.

Questions you will hear

  • “Do our people have to agree?” Yes. Each person gives their own permission on their own form, and the owner approves the finished portrait before anything prints.
  • “Who owns the image?” The business. Hawkes keeps no rights beyond what the customer grants.
  • “Can someone living elsewhere be in it?” Yes. Each person uploads a photo from wherever they are.
  • “Is it AI?” Yes – AI directed by a system that tells it exactly what to render. (Use the “How it’s made” lines.)
  • “Do we need a group photo?” No. Each person uploads one snapshot of their own.
  • “What if it doesn’t look right?” The owner reviews the portrait before anything prints. If something isn’t right, they tell us and we fix it.
  • “Can we use it on our website?” Yes. The business owns the image, and the Team Gallery holds the full-resolution file.
  • “What happens to our photos?” Snapshots stay in private storage and are used only to make your portrait. Ask us and we delete them.

Posts you can use

Partner post (adapt it to your voice):

I’ve started recommending Hawkes’ Impossible Portraits to my clients. Your whole team in one portrait, everyone uploading a snapshot from wherever they are, placed in a scene no camera could capture. Every scene is built on research in cognitive psychology, marketing psychology and aesthetics, and Hawkes’ system tells the AI exactly how to render it. [your partner link]

Founder post (Neal posts it; share it with your partner link):

I’m Neal Helman. I build Hawkes’ Impossible Portraits: one portrait of a whole team, made from a snapshot of each person, wherever they are, placed together in a scene no camera could capture. Every scene is built on research in cognitive psychology, marketing psychology and aesthetics, and my system tells the AI exactly how to render it instead of letting it guess. The owner approves the portrait before anything prints, and every member gets a framed print, or the business gets cards for its clients. https://hawkesadventures.com/impossible-team-portraits

When you recommend it

Say that you are a Hawkes partner, every time, in words people will see (FTC requirement). Put it at the start of the post or next to the link, not hidden in hashtags or behind “more”.

  • In a post: “I’m a Hawkes partner and earn a commission on orders through my link.”
  • Where space is short: start with “#ad” or “Paid partner”.
  • On your website, next to the link: “I earn a commission from Hawkes Adventures on orders through this link.”
  • In a video: say it out loud and put it on screen.

Neal approves each partner personally.
