GRANT OF LICENSE

This license grants you the right to use the images in this art pack for commercial purposes only within substantially transformed derivative works, subject to the restrictions below.

This license does not grant stock, merchandise, or standalone resale rights.

DEFINITION OF DERIVATIVE WORK (SUBSTANTIAL TRANSFORMATION REQUIRED)

A derivative work must incorporate the licensed image into a larger creative work in which:

  • The image is integrated into new original content created by you.
  • The image is not the primary product being sold.
  • The image cannot be reasonably extracted and reused as a standalone asset.
  • The final work meaningfully transforms, contextualizes, or builds upon the image.

Examples of acceptable derivative works:

  • Role-playing game supplements or modules
  • Illustrated fiction or narrative works
  • Educational books or materials
  • Game products that incorporate the artwork within broader original content

PROHIBITED USES (EXPLICITLY DISALLOWED)

You may NOT:

  • Sell or redistribute the raw image files.
  • Sell prints, posters, canvases, framed art, or wall art derived primarily from the image.
  • Use the image as standalone artwork for merchandise (shirts, mugs, posters, stickers, etc.).
  • Sell digital wallpapers, background packs, or art downloads.
  • Use the images as stock photography.
  • Upload the images to stock sites or AI training datasets.
  • License or sublicense the images.
  • Use the image as the primary visual product being sold.

The image must be part of a broader original work in which your creative contribution is the primary value.

ATTRIBUTION (MANDATORY)

All commercial derivative works must include:

Attribution must be clearly visible in printed or digital credits.

All images remain the exclusive property of NSH Publishing LLC.

This license grants usage rights only. No ownership or copyright transfer occurs.

TERMINATION

Failure to comply with these terms automatically terminates this license.
